Change or add the payment method (credit card) for the Pythia app. 

Solution

Ticket Classifier and Macros Reporting apps allow you to update the payment method in the Billing portal. 

Follow these steps to update the payment method:

1. Go to the Pythia app in the left menu in Zendesk.
2. Go to the Settings page.
3. Go to the Billing there,
4. Click Open to open the Billing portal.
   
   
   
   
5. In the Portal scroll down to the Payment method section.
   
   

You can add a new method and delete the old one in the Portal.
