Suggested Reply (AutoSuggest) is part of the ChatGPT Addon. It allows automatically generating completely new replies via AI. 

• AutoSuggest combines relevant suggested macros with intelligent filters based on Zendesk groups, brands, ticket forms, and more.
• It understands the context of the ticket to provide the most accurate response to your customers.

Resolution

You can easily enable Suggested Reply (AutoSuggest) inside the Advanced Macros app. 

1. Click on the menu icon in the upper right corner of the app.
2. Check the thick in the box AutoSuggest enabled.
3. Reload the app to get auto-suggested replies.
