How can I drill in into the macro details to see individual tickets with these macros in the Macros Reporting app?
Answer
With Drill-In, you can peek into the performance of each macro, exploring its usage trend, CSAT trend, and usage history. You can download CSV table with data like:
- Ticket ID
- CSAT
- Assignee
- Group
- Brand
- Form
To use Drill-in:
- Go to Performance tab.
- Click on the individual macro title to expand the details.
- Click the expand button (
) on the upper right.
- Once the modal window opens, click on the download icon (
) in the upper right.
