Problem

Pythia can't find some macros/shortcuts but they definitely exist in our Zendesk. 

Resolution 

• Missing macros/shortcuts are not synced with Pythia yet. See how to sync them.
• Macros/shortcuts are excluded from Suggestions (contact us to include them)
