Task
Add new, edit or delete existing and reorder Quick Buttons in Pythia app for Zendesk Support.
Solution
New Quick Button setup process is easy and simple:
- Go to Settings page clicking gear icon (
) right to the search bar, - Click 'Add Quick Button' link to start with the new Quick Button,
- Type the macro title to get instant suggestions and select a proper one,
- Change the action type to Apply (
) or Submit (
) by clicking on the blue icon, - Click Create button (
) to finish the setup.
Click Edit (
) to edit macro or Delete (
) to delete it from the set.
To reorder Quick Buttons just drag-and-drop to move them around the list.
