Quick Buttons allows your agents to create their own, individual and customized lists of buttons for most used macros in Zendesk Support. Instead of limiting yourself to 5 most used macros from the last week you can have a list of macros with extended features.
Quick Buttons in Pythia allows you:
- Create a list with up to 8 buttons for Quick Buttons,
- Assign the action type to each macro (Apply or Submit),
- Reorder the buttons in the list of Quick Buttons,
- Edit the existing button (change the assigned macro or action type),
- Delete the existing button from the list completely,
- Preview the assigned macro by hovering on the button.
