Add new, edit or delete existing and reorder Quick Buttons in Pythia app for Zendesk Support.
New Quick Button setup process is easy and simple:
- Go to Settings page clicking gear icon () right to the search bar,
- Click 'Add Quick Button' link to start with the new Quick Button,
- Type the macro title to get instant suggestions and select a proper one,
- Change the action type to Apply () or Submit () by clicking on the blue icon,
- Click Create button () to finish the setup.
Click Edit () to edit macro or Delete () to delete it from the set.
To reorder Quick Buttons just drag-and-drop to move them around the list.
