Hide the 'Submit' button in Advanced Macros and/or Advanced Shortcuts apps (to avoid agents' using it by mistake).

Resolution

You can easily edit the setting of showing / hiding the 'Submit' button in Pythia apps on the 'Settings' page (click on Pythia logo icon in the left menu).
